Windows Server 2016 Upgrade Assistant

Hi i am having windows server 2016 version 1607 os build 14393 187 kb 3189866 dated 13th sep 2016.

It keep redirecting to window 10. Is there anything similar for windows. I just want to download the full 1903 patch for windows server 2019 and can t find it anywhere. Windows users can start the assistant from this article.

I have to update it to kb 4487026 dated 12th feb 2019 os build 14393 2791. I ve recently spun up a windows server 2016 1607 instance in aws. I am sure they are based of the same os but there should be a way to download it manually or force a server to use it. For example if your server is running windows server 2012 r2 you can upgrade it to windows server 2016 or windows server 2019.
